I am a commercial and residential window cleaner based in Inverness and serving the Highlands. Forbes Window Cleaning offers a wide range of services including cleaning fascias, soffits, conservatories, gutters, roofs, patios, driveways, decking, fencing and external painting for your property.

Window Cleaning

Over time, your windows will gather grime, dust, oxidation, and other corrosive materials. Regularly cleaning your windows will help remove contaminants, such as acid rain, destructive minerals and moss. I use the reach and wash system or traditional methods depending on what you prefer for your property. My Window Cleaning Service is available as a regular contract on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis, depending on requirement. One-off cleans are also available.

Roof Maintenance

The advantage of using my roof cleaning service is that it prevents blockages in the guttering and underground drainage system/soakaway. It improves appearance of the roof and protects tiles from surface damage. You can actually see the tiles underneath the moss layer and replace any that are damaged. I DO NOT pressure wash roofs as this can reduce the life of the tiles and cause damage. I remove moss using an instrument such as a hand scraper. After removing moss from the roof I will treat the tiles with a surface biocide to prevent moss/algae/lichen from growing back.

Gutter Maintenance

Gutters that are not cleaned or maintained can cause a leaky roof or water damage to the interior or exterior of your home. Leaks can cause damp walls that can be costly to repair. Save yourself money and let me clean and repair leaks for you at a reasonable price.

External Painting

External painting can help to maintain the life of your property against weather damage and brighten up the appearance of the exterior. All jobs will be assessed and estimated depending on the condition of property. Estimates do not include materials.

Pressure Washing

The benefits of pressure washing include ridding the surface free of dirt, mold, mildew and stains from leaves, rubber marks from tires and oil. Pressure washing is environmentally friendly and the spray is one hundred times more powerful than a garden hose.
